The grant money was used for Choly’s medical care.
Putting the grant money towards Choly’s medical expenses helped us help other animals in need.
Choly, a bloodhound and Anatolian shepherd mix, had a torn ligament in his knee which required numerous vet visits, x-rays, and medications. After we got his health stable and he was feeling better, he was adopted! From his Petfinder profile: “Choly is a mix whose owner could not take care of him. He is a large boy and, at only 7 months, probably has some more growing to do. He is very attentive and would love to bond with someone! As you can see, he is extremely good-looking, but it’s his personality and character that will win you over! He knows his basic commands and is a strong young man who is looking for a confident owner, preferably with experience with large breeds.”
