How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We used the funds to help pay for food, medication and medical needs.

Due to the Covid-19 virus, we had to close for a period of time. Because we were closed, we did not have anyone coming in to make donations or make boutique purchases. Donations and purchases are used to buy food for our cats, purchase medication or pay for medical care or litter. The grant helped by filling the gap created in funds due to Covid-19.

Ringo was one of all-time our favorite kitties. He has a condition known as hypothyroidism, which means he will always be small. Ringo, now Gimli, was adopted and now has the best home where he lives with his bonded buddy Bob.
