The Senior Pet Adoption Assistance enabled 10-year-old Glitter to go to her new forever home with senior dog food, supplements, and a comfy bed. The assistance also allowed for vet visits in her new home city.

Our county housing authority called us about a senior dog in need. Glitter was home alone after her guardian passed. We scooped Glitter up and placed her with one of our fosters.

To get Glitter ready for adoption, she underwent dental (removal of tartar buildup and extractions), medical (lumps and vaccines), and behavioral treatments (grieving issues). We also treated Glitter to a spa day.

After Glitter was posted on Petfinder for a few weeks, she found her perfect family. She has a doting mom who opened her heart and home to a senior dog.
