Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.

Holly is an older cat who has been in foster care for a few years now. She came to us injured and has recovered nicely. However, being an older cat, she did need to have some blood tests done to make sure that her organs were functioning properly. This grant helped pay for part of her senior blood test. Holly is a very sweet brown tabby. She came to SCC when she was brought to the vet to have a huge abscess on the side of her cheek taken care of. She is now healthy again and looking for a new home. Holly loves attention and is very talkative. She is 10 years old and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Meet Holly: https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/24950370
