Boo (first photo) ended up in Electra, Texas, a small town without a shelter — just a few outside kennels.

She was there for almost eight months when the animal control officer reached out to us to see if we had room for her and could find her a home.

We gladly took her in, vetted her, and found her a loving home (second photo) thanks to the Kia grant, all within a month.
