Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.

Dublin came to us as a stray found running out in the country. We do not know how long he had been out, but he was pretty skinny and very matted. We took him in and got him groomed, and after about a month he started putting on some weight and looking very handsome! He is still here at the sanctuary, but we are hopeful he will get his furever home soon! From his Petfinder profile: “Neutered Male Wolfhound Mix. Approx DOB 09/2012. If you have been waiting your whole life to fall in love, then I will volunteer for the job! I am so easy to love because I am so sweet! I love women and children, but I am not a big fan of men sometimes. My caretakers think something must have happened to me previously, but I just tell them that I am a one-woman kind of man and I want a one-man kind of woman! If that is you, then please come out and meet me! One requirement is that you have to be willing to share your bed and cuddle!” Meet Dublin:
