Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.
During the free vaccination clinic in one of the poorest sections of downtown Dallas, we met many dogs who were on their third or fourth litter due to the owner’s being unable to spay them. We offered free spaying and neutering through another local charity program in addition to the free vaccines this grant allotted us. We were able to change the lives of many animals that day through education and other non-profit avenues. This grant gave us the freedom to be able to offer vaccines and opened the door for us to sit down and educate them.
