It was used to buy fencing and a gate, some outdoor lights (solar powered), a new Weed Eater and a Gator wagon to help at feeding time. We now have a puppy lot for litters when they come in.
It helped us to have a safe place for puppies so they can have room to run and play. This way the puppies are happier despite the shots and worming, etc. — all the mean stuff that puppies have to go through when they are taken away from Mom and getting ready to be adopted.
It is now on its fourth litter of pups, 36 pups so far.
We have a blind pup who is safe and does not have to stay in a crate because of this grant. She now knows where the fence is and runs and plays with her littermates. She’s the one in the middle.
