This grant helped us pay for Agent's first TPLO (tibial plateau leveling osteotomy) surgery! Thank you so much!

Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.

This grant helped Agent with his TPLO surgery! We had a little setback; he took a little longer to heal up and had pretty bad stomach issues for a while. But we have him scheduled for his second surgery on his other knee in a couple of weeks. He has not been adopted yet.

From his Petfinder profile: “Agent is a sweet, loving boy who would love a family to call his own. He is dog- and kid-friendly but prefers dogs who don’t act crazy in his face.

“He just recovered from TPLO surgery a few months ago and will be scheduled for the other knee to be done soon. He could stand to have a family to foster or adopt him while he recovers from that surgery.

“Agent is being fostered in a home with cats. He’s learning about them. He does occasionally chase them as he’s probably never been around cats before. However, he stops immediately upon being told to. And we’re working on getting him used to the kitties. He is doing AMAZING with cats now that he knows what they are.”
