How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

By participating in the P.L.A.Y. Beds Warm Bellies June Voters' Choice Poll and coming in third place, we received 10 Special Edition Chill Pads for our shelter (Parma Animal Shelter)! We have included pictures of the pads in use by some of our pups!

We were able to provide new, comfortable beds for our pups.

How many pets did this grant help?

It will help multiple animals, as we have new beds to use for our adoptable dogs.

Rosemary (first and second photos), a stray brought into the shelter, enjoyed her Chill Pad. She has since been adopted!

Daisy, a beagle mix (third and fourth photos), also enjoyed her Chill Pad. She came to the shelter because her elderly owners could unfortunately no longer care for her. She has since lost some weight and her skin issues are clearing up. She is currently in foster-to-adopt.
