How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The Kong Toy Grant has allowed us to provide each cat/kitten that comes in our doors with a playful, clean, and interactive toy. Each adopted cat/kitten goes home with a toy they played with while in our care, all thanks to the Kong Toy Grant.

In addition, since we don't reuse toys with our rescues, we appreciate greatly the variety and amount of toys that were given to us.

We had a momma cat give birth to six kittens. This poor momma was still a kitten herself, so she was quite playful. We gave her one of the toys that were given to us from the Kong Toy Grant and it kept her quite entertained.

We are happy to say she was adopted by a loving family that was eager to add to their family. So not only did she find a home, but all of her babies did too — and each went home with a Kong toy!
