How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This Sponsor a Pet donation was for one of our foster kitties, Ali. The money was used to buy several of her favorite toys and a new bed just like the one that she was attached to, along with several weeks worth of her favorite food.

Ali was adopted shortly after we received this Sponsor a Pet donation, so all of the purchased items were sent with her to her new home. The adopters were extremely pleased with the "goodie basket" that Ali arrived with.

Ali was rescued from a person who had started with good intentions and had gotten overwhelmed. When we took her, she was starved for attention and craving human affection. She was fully vetted and stayed in foster care for several months; she was passed over many times for smaller kittens. She was finally chosen by a wonderful couple and was brought to her new home with many of the supplies that we were able to purchase with the money from the Sponsor a Pet donation.
