The grant money was used to purchase supplies for dogs in our care, specifically heartworm preventive, flea and tick treatment, and pee pads.
This grant allowed us to purchase heartworm and flea/tick preventive to keep our dogs healthy while they wait to find their forever homes.
Oliver was adopted and then returned to us as he was not getting along with the other dogs in the home. He has been in foster for a couple of months, waiting patiently for his forever family. It’s important that we keep all of our foster dogs healthy, which includes keeping them up-to-date on heartworm and flea and tick preventive. This grants enables us to buy much-needed supplies. Thank you!
