The sponsored pet was Lupita, who has been adopted. From her Petfinder profile: “Lupita is a 10-year-old Shih Tzu in need of a home. She is your ultimate couch potato and enjoys all animals of the canine variety. Lupita is a very laid-back lady who is potty-trained once she is comfortable with the layout of your home — you see, she has very limited sight due to lack of proper care for her dry eyes. She is now in need of drops twice a day and loves the attention when you tend to her! She is not a big walker but prefers to go outside, get her job done and then return inside. Steps tend to give her some problems, but I think that is due to her lack of vision.”
