The grant was used to purchase supplies for the animals in our care.

We were unable to do supply drives to collect supplies for the animals in our care. We have been scrambling to get supplies to properly care for the animals. We purchased much-needed supplies.

I would like to tell you about two puppies in our care who benefited (and they are so cute): Princeton and Hackensack. We completely ran out of supplies to care for puppies. We were limited on rescuing puppies for a two-month period because we didn’t have the supplies we needed, such as puppy milk and puppy dry food. We purchased these supplies and rescued 10 puppies the following week, along with many adult dogs. Princeton and Hackensack were just two of the lucky dogs to get a second chance.
