Rescue kitties don’t often receive many of the luxuries that owned cats do, so for our residents, this is really special. Volunteers enjoy handing out the treats and some kitties like to play with the treats! Party Mix treats are also a great way to socialize the frightened cats who have just come in, so the new and skittish cats have greatly benefited from the grant as well. PAWS kitties pictured are Squirt, Patches, Rudy, Dasher, Tom and Roxy — this was the first group to hog the tray. These treats brought out some of our more frightened, skittish rescues.
