Cooper the hound (first and second photos) was a great dog. But as hounds do, he had a specific bellow that just echoed off the PetSmart building we hold our adoption events at. That sound did not make him endearing to anyone.

Once we got the KONG donations, we filled his with peanut butter and some treats and he was suddenly quiet! This made him much more appealing to adopters.

When the approved adopters came to meet him, we happily sent him home with his BIG OLE KONG! And after being with us for months, thanks to a KONG, Cooper is now a happy member of a forever family!
