How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We used the grant to purchase cleaning supplies and equipment. A few of the items were bleach, Wysiwash tablets and dispenser, squeegees and pooper scoopers.

The grant money provided us a way to purchase needed cleaning supplies without putting more strain on a stretched budget. Cleaning supplies are always needed to keep the shelter in good shape. I put the number of pets helped as 100, but it will be a much higher number by the time the supplies are all used.

Purdie came in with a litter of seven babies. This grant helped us keep our isolation area clean. Purdie and her puppies eventually moved to a foster home and soon will be available for adoption. Here’s Purdie with her babies and an individual pic recently taken of one of her babies.
