How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The funds from the 2017 Purina Adoption Event Grant were used to assist our adopters in completing their adoption fee. This ensured that all families who wanted to bring one of our rescued cats into their homes were able to without a large financial burden.

This grant assisted us in adopting out 17 of our cats and kittens in the given two-week timeframe.

Lucky Vito met his mom, Jordan, just a week after he officially became adoptable. It was love at first sight! Now, Vito is doing very well in his new home. He loves to hunt for toy mice, chase ping-pong balls around the apartment, and bat at teasers whenever he gets the chance. He especially loves cuddling up next to Jordan at night and making pillow forts in the morning! Thank you, Petfinder Foundation, for making this adoption possible.
