This grant helped Field of Dreams Rescue, Inc. continue our TNR program assisting low-income households with neutering/spaying their animals. $250 went towards spaying two cats in Novinger, MO, one cat in Green City, MO, and one cat in Kirksville, MO, the week of May 18-22. The rest of the grant money went towards paying vet bills for a dog named Abby (pictured) who needed to have her leg amputated.

Abby came to the rescue in June with a severe leg injury. The amputation ended up costing more than $1,000. Since June, Abby has been adopted and the family loves their three-legged goofball.
