How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The Bar Dog Operations Grant helped us to purchase lifesaving vaccines and dewormer for 50 dogs. Getting dogs vaccinated as soon as we intake them is critical to preventing deadly, contagious diseases such as parvo and distemper in our shelter and in foster homes, and is also very helpful and necessary in getting dogs adopted.

This grant helped us provide lifesaving vaccines and dewormer for Cocomelon and her five beautiful puppies.

Cocomelon and her puppies, who were only about a month old, were brought into a local animal control facility. They all went into a foster home together, where they thrived.

Her puppies are all about to be adopted, but Cocomelon is still searching for her furever home. She is a very sweet, happy girl who is great with other dogs and so sweet and friendly with people.

We are grateful to the Petfinder Foundation and Bar Dog for helping us give her and her puppies a second chance!
