Mira is a 6-month-old border collie mix. She is spayed and current on shots. She has some neurological issues which cause her to be wobbly and shake at times. She is also partially deaf and may have some vision problems. She was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. She has been seen by a neurologist and will have these symptoms throughout her life.
