We received pet beds of various sizes for the foster dogs in our care.
Our dogs enjoyed having the comfort of these beds in their crates, and our volunteer foster families often ask for beds for their foster dogs. Since the rescue provides all supplies, it was a great help to our group.
Our fosters will use these beds for current and future foster dogs, so probably around 100.
The beds are being used to provide a comfortable place for many dogs waiting for their forever homes. One of these dogs was Nina, a German Shepherd who was adopted to a wonderful home last fall after we rescued her from Detroit Animal Control. Nina was scared, emaciated and needed a soft place to recover from neglect. She’s a happy girl now!
