How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We used the $500 to pay for medical expenses for three of our rabbits. The rabbits needed different things such as: mite treatment, blood work labs, respiratory problems and spays/neuters.

This greatly helped the pets in our care by enabling us to bring them to a rabbit-savvy vet for medical care and treatment. We are a small rescue and vet bills add up very quickly.

How many pets did this grant help?

Three or more since the treatment of these pets made them adoptable so they can go to a loving home and we can take in others!

Izzy, a black and white spotted rabbit, was helped greatly. The money paid for her lab work and antibiotic. Also, our bunny Lucy was treated for mites. Because of the prize these bunnies got medical care.
