This grant helped us tremendously. We updated our protocol to use Heska intranasal vaccines at intake. Our incidence of upper respiratory virus has decreased from and average of 20 animals sick/month to 2 animals/ month.

We had a hoarding situation of multiple cats and kittens who had never received any vet care come into our shelter. We were able to immediately get a vaccine on board to stimulate immunity and keep those cats from getting sick while they were housed in the shelter during the court proceedings.
