How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The grant of toys for the dogs in our care was priceless. The dogs can spend hours a day in a kennel, and the toys offer activity and stimulation they wouldn't otherwise have. This helps their mental state and keeps them content while waiting for their forever homes. We are truly grateful for the grant of toys and they will be enjoyed for months to come.

Holstein (first photo) was one of six puppies born here at the shelter at the end of 2022 (second photo). He and all his siblings were the first to enjoy these toys, which helped them through teething and weaning from their mom. They have all found their forever homes!
