Cerebral came to Harbor Humane Society on July 22, 2015 as a pregnant 2-year-old. She gave birth to her kittens at our shelter, and they were all adopted. Unfortunately, no one seemed interested in her until Jan. 5, 2017. Cerebral won her adopters’ hearts by slapping at them in her kennel and not letting them stop petting her.
