Kitties get used to scratching on cardboard, which is very impressive to potential adopters.

How many pets did this grant help?

Since arrival we've had about 30 kitties go out our front door, which means 30 kitties also left by the front door of our local [open-admission] shelter!

Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.

THIS IS AN INTERESTING REQUIREMENT BUT IT REQUIRES A LOT OF TIME. AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU WANT WOULD HELP. I CAN’T THINK OF ANY PARTICULAR INSTANCE WHERE A SCRATCHING PAD MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN A KITTY GETTING ADOPTED.
