Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.

This grant helped prepare Sadie for adoption. Sadie, a beautiful cattle-dog mix, found her forever home in July. She is now being completely spoiled and adored by her new family. From her Petfinder profile: “Say hello to your new sunshine on a cloudy day: Sadie. She likes to run and play until the cows come home, but she also likes to love on anyone she encounters. Her sweet personality and playful nature make her the perfect dog for an active family with a big grassy yard. Sadie is a very smart dog and picks up on things very quickly. We have been working on ‘sit’ and she is making GREAT progress (she loves to eat treats!). Why look in faraway places for a best friend when Sadie is right here waiting for you to take her home and show her what love is all about!”
