How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We received Chill Pads for our rescue babies in foster homes and for events.

They honestly have saved us donations! The Chill Pads are durable. I had foster puppies destroying every bed I gave them. When they got the Chill Pads, they couldn't rip them up! Talk about being thankful! The beds come in handy for our adoption events. They pack easily so we get to bring them with us for the dogs to lie on. The dogs are happy and so are we. We honestly get a lot of use out of them. These beds are durable! For a rescue, that is superb as we get a lot of use out of them and a lot of happy and cozy tails.

One of our senior dogs, Easton (first photo), uses his Chill Pad every day. He has no eyes as both have been removed. It is the perfect shape for him to walk onto it to go cuddle up! Since we bring the Chill Pads to adoption events, it gives him something familiar as well. Easton is still available for adoption; he is seeking just the right home, as he is special-needs. I had foster puppies that were destroying every bed I gave them. Then the Chill Pads arrived (insert dramatic music). They did NOT rip apart the Chill Pad! Talk about a happy foster mom! The beds are more flat than others so they are perfect to go in kennels when we are picking up new animals from the shelter or going to vet appointments. Overall, we are very happy we won this grant. The product is great and perfect for what we do! They are cute, cozy, easy to pack, lightweight but firm, and durable. Our pups give them two paws up! We love the Chill Pads and are very thankful.
