How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
Funding is always a concern for a small, foster-based rescue like ours. We try to fundraise as much as possible, but grants are a highly sought-after source of funding as well! This grant allowed us to ensure that the animals in our care receive the proper vaccinations prior to being adopted. This gives us (and the adopters) comfort knowing that the animal has received great care and is ready for their furever home!

Tee Doux is one of our more recent intakes. Her owner could no longer take care of her and she was accepted into one of our foster homes.
Tee Doux is our smallest dog up for adoption, and we now know, thanks to this grant, that she is receiving all of the necessary vaccines to set her up for success in her furever home!
