Hancock County Animal Shelter received parvo distemper vaccines to help with the vaccination program that they already have intact.

The donation of vaccines allowed for the county to save money on vaccines and allowed them to no charge a pull fee for several dogs that truly needed assistance out of the shelter.

Breeland age 12 years , Tucker age 4 years and Poppy age 12 years were all three surrendered to the shelter by their owner all three were heartworm positive resulting in added vetting costs with the using the donated vaccines the shelter didn’t have to pass on the cost of vaccines to the rescues that chose to save their lives.
