How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

Due to the generosity of the Petfinder Foundation's Bar Dog Operation grant, we were able to purchase Kuranda chew-proof aluminum dog beds and cushions for a new intake addition currently under construction at our animal shelter.

We house numerous dogs throughout the year and this grant will help every one of them

Merry Luna (first photo) is a 2-year-old Lab/collie mix. She is tall and lanky and weighs around 55 lbs.

Merry Luna is a sweet girl and wonderful with kids. She knows her sit, lie down, and shake commands. She was adopted from us in January 2022 and was returned through no fault of her own. She is not fond of cats or other dogs, but would make someone a wonderful family dog.
