How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We received a supply of shampoo and conditioner for our animals. We also received a bunch of sample packets to give out to our new adoptees.

Having the animals cleaned up when they go up for adoption can mean the difference between a yes or no on an adoption. Especially when they are smelling stinky puppies!

How many pets did this grant help?

We are having a large adoption event tomorrow at an off-site location. We are taking 10 dogs to the event.

Picture #1 is Keeno. He was an awesome pit bull we impounded but he had a skin condition. His skin was irritated — we think from some type of allergy. The shampooing helped him recover. Pictures #2-3 and 4 are two puppies who were adopted right away. Good thing they had a bath to be more huggable and loveable to their new adoptive families.
