The Kong grant was used to provide mental and physical stimulation to our shelter dogs during their stay with us.

Being in a kennel environment can be stressful for dogs. The Kongs were used to provide physical and mental stimulation during down time in their crates.

One of our dogs named Rhondo has been with us for a while, and he was becoming stressed in the environment, which led to him getting into squabbles with other dogs. So he is isolated from the other dogs and needs much more mental stimulation than the other dogs. The Kong allowed for us to keep him happy, content and busy during his down time.
