We love Kongs! Kongs help focus our foster dogs on positive chewing and keep them occupied. Whether filled with frozen anything or just lying around, Kongs are the BEST for all dogs. The strong-chewer ones are great for our big dogs and our pit bulls.

Cheddar is a Lab mix who is less than a year old. He’d had some destructive events involving furniture and his foster mom was at her wits’ end.
When the box of Kongs arrived, Cheddar’s house was the first distribution point. We shared three different Kongs with him. His foster mom left one on the floor for him and he immediately started tossing it around!
One Kong was frozen with peanut butter and one with dog food. These served as special treats.
With care and monitoring, Cheddar never had another destructive event. He hasn’t been adopted yet, but we know it will happen soon!
