Doc hasn’t been adopted yet, but he enjoys at least two walks a day with loving staff and/or volunteers. From his Petfinder profile: “Sweet, amazing Doc is a wonderful dog. He loves to fetch all day long. He loves to play in the pond and hang out in the sun and snow. He does not require a lot of exercise, though he does enjoy going for walks and playing with toys. He also enjoys being brushed and will lick your face the whole time you are pampering him! Doc will want you to share your bed at night, but would also be happy with a big comfortable dog bed (or your couch!) Doc should have a large outside area to chase a ball and hang out, as that is what he is happiest doing. Fun fact: He can carry three tennis balls in his mouth at once! Doc will be best in a home where he is the only dog, and he should also not live with cats. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he prefers to not have to share his space or toys them. He loves meeting new people, and people love to meet him. He has done great with both men and women, and even children. Doc is house-trained and is a lovely gentleman on the leash.” Meet Doc here.
