How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The shampoo was used to wash dogs, mostly at the intake stage

Since more than half the dogs we ultimately offer for adoption come to us via our Pet Partnership Program (rescues from under-resourced shelters in our state), and the rest primarily are strays or surrenders, the majority need a good bath. The shampoo from Wahl was put to use by our staff and volunteer dog bathers.
