It will help pay for a neuter surgery on a puppy who was born in the shelter. The puppies’ mother is Mama Carmela. From her Petfinder profile: “Hi, my name is Carmela and I am a 2-year-old Chihuahua/doxie mix. I am a sweet and good mom. I had four beautiful babies while I was in the shelter. Since then, three of four of my babies have found wonderful homes and now it is my turn to get a happy-ever-after of my own.
