How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This grant provided food and litter to fosters who truly needed them. It also allowed us to purchase seven flats of vaccines instead of the five we anticipated. Because of this grant and the lower prices we were able to obtain, we were able to serve more animals, with the majority being cats.

Meet sweet mama Meeka (first photo). Because of your grant, we were able to accept her into AAA. She was on the street and acted feral until we were able to grab her. As soon as she was in her own space, this darling showed us her true colors. She was so very gentle with people and an amazing mother. Mom still has a job to do for the next five weeks, but in about two months, she and her kittens will all be vetted and ready to find their purrfect matches!

A few of these things are not like the other! Check out the cutest mixed litter EVER (second photo). All of these babies were born in the rescue and have the coolest foster mom. The foster loves to intermingle cats and dogs to great results. The puppies have a phenomenal mom who takes care of ALL the babies. These sweethearts will be available for adoption in about five weeks. We have no doubt they will go fast.
