This money will be used to pay for medical care for our foster dogs and also wheelchairs for two of them.

We are a very small rescue so receiving the grant will help pay our bills and provide routine medical care.

We currently have 23 adoptable dogs but take in more every day.

Tia is a pup who was found wandering the streets of Tijuana, Mexico, only walking on her front paws. Pups like Tia have a hard enough time finding help, rescue, and support in the U.S. — you can only imagine how it is in Mexico. Thanks to speedy networking, MMM had her transferred and she is safe with us here in Phoenix. She has since been evaluated by a veterinarian and is otherwise happy and healthy. She simply doesn’t have the use of her back legs, which also appear to be deformed. Thanks to Kate of A Loyal Companion, Tia was measured for a cart this week so that she can walk more comfortably and safely.
