Kira is a German shepherd mix who came in with papillomavirus. She was treated and given vaccines. From her Petfinder profile: “Kira was found by a great family. They gave her shelter and fed her until she gained weight because she was malnourished. She is very sweet, loves being around people and enjoys playing. She came in with masses in her mouth which were diagnosed as papillomavirus. The virus does go away but it can take weeks or months. It is contagious to dogs but not people.” Kira has been adopted.
