This grant enabled us to offer reduced-price adoptions for several months. As adoption rates have stagnated, being able to offer reduced-price adoptions has helped offset the reduction in demand, especially for dogs.

Blu (first photo) and Jojo (second photo) are a pair of bonded, adult cats. They also take some time to warm up to people, but once they do, they are very loving.

This grant enabled us to adopt the pair out at less than what it would typically cost for someone to get one cat. They are now together in a loving home!
