How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

Bordatella Intranasal used to vaccinate our dogs on intake to help prevent kennel cough.

By enabling us to give Bordatella at intake it greatly helps reduce the incidence of Kennel Cough in our dogs.

How many pets did this grant help?

200 since Bordatella is a one-time vaccination for our shelter dogs.

‘Adorable’ (Black & White female pup) and her brother, ‘Imp’ (Brindle and White) were two pups that came to us as so many do this time of year. With our ability to vaccinate them on intake we were able to keep them healthy and find them loving homes in very short order so they didn’t have to spend a long time with us in our kennels. Both dogs are doing exceedingly well in their adoptive homes and their families are not only thrilled with their pups but happy with our shelter for adopting out healthy and loving pets.
