The Petfinder Foundation is accepting grant applications for the Train to Adopt program. The Trai
n to Adopt program was established with Sue Sternberg, to create shelters that are committed to the behavioral, emotional, and mental heath of the dogs in their care. From the time of intake through their journey into their forever home, providing good quality of life, training and behavioral help to enhance their chance for adoption, lower length of stay and decrease their chances for return.
