The Cats R Cool program developed in partnership with The Animal Rescue Site, GreaterGood.org and the Petfinder Foundation aims to elevate the status of the shelter cat, educate the community on cat adoption, and improve the overall shelter experience for cats while they await their forever home. In partnership with Jackson Galaxy, star of Animal Planet’s hit show My Cat From Hell, the Cats R Cool program invites shelters and rescue groups to apply for Stretch and Scratch cat kennel cat scratchers. The Stretch and Scratch relieves stress in shelter cats by helping to keep them exercised & entertained while encouraging their natural scratching behavior. The scratchers will follow the cat to her new home helping ease the transition for both the cat and the adopter.
