Rescue U Shelter Base Grant

The Petfinder Foundation is currently taking applications for the “Shelter Base Grant” for the Rescue U program in the amount of $500 to assist with expanding current volunteer programs. Rescue U assists with expanding current volunteer programs by matching local college students with animal shelters across the country to help improve the lives of the adoptable pets while offering a dedicated volunteer base and funding for your community. Shelters benefit from this program by receiving a start-up grant of $500, monthly and quarterly cash incentives, opportunities for shelter renovation grants, and most importantly a core group of volunteers that we help recruit and train who will work alongside you and assist you in areas you need most.
