Like all charitable gifts, a donation to the Petfinder Foundation is, generally, not refundable. The Petfinder Foundation may consider, at our absolute discretion, a refund if the donation was made in an erroneous amount or in some other extremely unusual circumstance.
For a refund request to be considered, it must be submitted to the Petfinder Foundation in writing via e-mail to [email protected] within 48 hours of the donation.
Any refund request that is approved may be given less an administrative fee of up to 10% to cover credit-card processing costs incurred by the Petfinder Foundation.
