We help pets by distributing funds to animal shelter, rescue and foster groups and other organizations working to help homeless pets. Our work also extends deeply into ensuring animal welfare in the face of and wake of disaster, from evacuation to boarding and medical care. Your donation of any amount will help dogs, cats and other animals across the country.

Annual Fund
In 2009, the Foundation awarded or fulfilled more than $1,800,000 in cash and product
grants to our members. We could not provide this support to Petfinder.com’s 13,000+ member shelters and rescue groups without the help of our constituents. Individuals who make a donation to Petfinder.com Foundation are partnering with us in our effort to end the euthanasia of adoptable pets.
An annual gift of $1,000 or more will make a significant difference in the lives of homeless animals. We are always eager to talk with anyone who may be considering an annual gift (or pledge) of cash or stock.

Monthly Giving
For as little as $.33 a day, you can dramatically improve a homeless pet’s life. Make a commitment of $10.00 a month for one year to the Petfinder.com Foundation and receive a copy of "Second Chances, Inspiring Stories of Dog Adoption," written by Joan Banks (Introduction by cofounder and president of Petfinder.com, Betsy Saul).
